Beautiful choker in PVC decorated with a fuchsia diamonte mesh an finished with a large heart-shaped trigger clasp. The choker is approx 3cm wide and will fit a neck size between 11 1/2 inches/29cm and 20 inches/51cm. Fastens at the back with a buckle.
