These terms and conditions govern your use of the Prong Jewellery website and the purchase of goods from us. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Our Products
Almost all Prong Jewellery products are individually handmade to order. Product descriptions, images and prices are as shown on our website at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions and will notify you before processing your order if any such correction affects your purchase.
Colours may vary slightly from those shown on screen due to monitor settings and the handmade nature of our products.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
We accept payment by major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Shopify's encrypted payment system. We do not store your card details.
4. Orders and Contract
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, in which case we will issue a full refund promptly.
As our products are made to order, we begin production shortly after your order is confirmed. Please contact us immediately at info@prongjewellery.com if you need to amend or cancel your order.
5. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 7–10 working days. During busy periods this may be longer. If we are unable to dispatch within 28 days we will notify you by email and you will have the right to cancel for a full refund.
UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or courier for larger orders. International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed once in the hands of the carrier.
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
In the event of a parcel being lost in transit, we will raise a claim with the carrier on your behalf. We will not wait for the carrier to reimburse us before resolving your order — your statutory rights apply in full.
6. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us within 14 days of receipt by emailing info@prongjewellery.com. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
Please note: the right to cancel does not apply to goods that are made to your specification or clearly personalised. As the majority of our products are made to order, cancellation rights may be limited once production has begun. We will always try to accommodate cancellation requests made promptly.
Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described. We strongly recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
7. Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will happily offer an exchange or store credit. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of notifying us.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your item arrives faulty or not as described, you have the right to a full refund within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days and up to 6 months, we will offer a repair or replacement in the first instance. Please contact us before returning any faulty item.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the original payment method. We do not refund original shipping costs unless the item is faulty or not as described.
We do not accept returns on items showing signs of deliberate damage.
8. Our Right to Cancel
If we are unable to fulfil your order for reasons beyond our reasonable control (including material unavailability or force majeure), we may cancel the agreement and will promptly refund any sums paid. We will not be liable for any further loss or damage arising from such cancellation.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, content and branding on the Prong Jewellery website are the intellectual property of Prong Jewellery and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, copy or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prong Jewellery's liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total price paid for the goods in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Data Protection
We take the security of your personal data seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details of how we collect, use and protect your data in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The version published on our website at the time of your order will apply to that purchase.
