Every Prong piece is handcrafted to order in London, made especially for you. Please allow 5 working days for your order to be made before it's dispatched.

UK Delivery

• Free shipping on all UK orders over £60
• Delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 24 — typically 1–2 working days after dispatch
• Total from order to door: approximately 6–7 working days

International Delivery

• Delivered via Royal Mail International Tracked
• Shipping costs calculated at checkout
• Delivery times vary by destination — please allow 7–14 working days after dispatch

Returns We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided items are unused and in their original condition. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval.
