Impressively artistic design by Prong. Crafted from high-shine, sturdy PVC and adorned with sparkling diamante mesh and adorned with radiant gold multi-sized spikes and silver, gold, or black plated chains. The chain extends up to 60cm/23 ½ inches from the top of the collar and secures at the back with a buckle. Can be adjusted to fit neck sizes up to 17 1/2 inches/44cm.
All straps are designed longer, and can easily be trimmed with sharp scissors to achieve the perfect fit.
