This choker features a PVC band measuring one inch in width, adorned with diamante mesh and embellished with cone spikes measuring two inches in length. Complete with a buckle fastening, this choker is adjustable to fit neck sizes ranging from 11 1/2 inches (29cm) to 19 inches (48cm).
The band is purposely cut long and can be easily trimmed to fit with sharp scissors.
